We price our projects based on time and materials used. While we can give general estimates, we will verify materials needed while on the job site. We charge an hourly rate with the 1st hour paid to secure the appointment. All jobs are charged the first hour in full and then broken down into 15-minute increments after the 1st hour.
Send pictures and list of work you want completed. We will send a general estimate and schedule the project. We will track actual time & materials used on your project.
Concealed Problems
If concealed or unknown problems are discovered during the job, the craftsman will stop all work, advise you and the office, then wait for direction and approval to proceed from you.
